Next on Miriam steps up tech house maestro Ollie Drummond. With previous releases on esteemed Wiggle records and Rob Pearson’s Evasive Records, he continues his run of form with a funky sleek all round fresh release with the Snout & About EP. Starting off with the grooving stripped-back Out Grazing, funky haunting chords splash around a wobbly lead that’s guaranteed to stick in your head for days after the party is done. Next up is the ominous Tunnel Music, which takes you in and out with low swung filters and snappy synth hits. The final track from Ollie comes with The Clock Shop, which features a trippy, low-slung late-night workout seemingly designed to catch you off guard.
